Our Story
Our venture into the Abruzzo region came to us by chance; a house we fell in love within a region we knew nothing about, seven and a half years ago we never knew the true meaning of contentment and happiness.
Our lives have gone from thinking we need everything to actually wanting nothing other than to share what we have found.
I've gone from travelling miles in the car to tell and sell products to walking a hundred yards to feed our chickens. How life has changed for both of us. Now we run our own holiday rental site with all the hard work of construction, tiling, and even building the pool, down to my husband Tony. Yes it was his background - but a big undertaking in a foreign country with no language skills.
But here we are eight and a half years on, with beautiful apartments in a fabulous location. Our knowledge of the area, which we happily pass onto our guests, has grown year on year.
