This apartment is approximately 90 sq mts of floor space, and is accessed via a rear external private stairway leading onto a raised private terrace.
From the terrace, through french doors, you enter a spacious living room with fully fitted kitchen, dining and seating area (which is inclusive of a double sofa bed).
Off a long hall way you will find there are two Super King size bedded rooms (beds can be split into singles if needed) with a beautiful power shower room to the end.
The kitchen is equipped with a full electric oven with gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, plus all china, glassware, and kitchen utensils you may need.
There is a flat screen TV, DVD player (we have a large DVD library for our guests' use).
In the bedrooms and shower room you will find all linens, towels, pool towels and some toiletries for your stay.
